One of the advantages of 2D CAD drawings is that it can be developed in different drafting programs, and delivered in different formats. At Nubarch we offer the delivery of the 2D CAD plan package in the following formats:

Level of Detail
Defining the level of detail of the 2D documentation is a key point in the quotation process, since it is closely related to production and delivery time.
Depending on the reach of the project, Nubarch offers the following levels of detail as a reference guide for the customer. If necessary, it is possible to increase or reduce the level of the drawing throughout the spaces of the project, in order to adapt and meet the requirements and capabilities of our client.
– Includes the basic information of the project: structure, walls, steps/stairs, windows and doors. Does not include level data, dimensions or heights.
- Ideal level of detail for plans to apply for demolition permits.
– Commonly delivered in scale 1:100.
– In addition to the basic spatial information, we include fixtures and fittings, level data, dimensions and height information for windows and doors.
– In sections and elevations, we enhanced the characteristics and features of architectural elements.
- Ideal level of detail for plans to apply for renovation permits.
– Commonly delivered in scale 1:50.
– In this level, we include a general view of ornaments and decorative elements present in the project, such as floor patterns, sculptures, ornamental columns, etc.
– As per request of the client, we can add more information of the fixtures and fittings.
- Ideal level of detail for archeology and heritage architecture projects.
– Commonly delivered in scale 1:50.
In these cases, we focus mainly in drawing with accuracy and precision the ornamental elements present on the project.
– This level of detail can be applied as a zoom for specific areas of the project, following the requirements of the client.
