Needing a point cloud?
Point clouds resulting from the laser scanning of a space or building are the starting point to provide any of our services, in the format required by the client, both in Autodesk AutoCAD or Autodesk Revit.
The maximum dimensional error of the same depends on their quality at the time of being captured and subsequent treatment. The use of point clouds can translate into precision and efficiency since less time is spent capturing the reality of the work by means of laser scanning and then more exact drawings are obtained from it.
The Nubarch team con provide a registered point cloud for those clients who wish to do the post-production of the survey on their own.
According to the requirements of our client, the point cloud can be filtered and can be delivered in the following formats:
• .RCP – Autodesk Recap format.
• .RCS – Autodesk Recap simplified format.
• .E57 – 3D image data format.
• .XYZ or .PTS – ASCI Standard formats
For those clients who do not have enough experience to carry out the post-production process on their own, Nubarch also offers the option of BIM modeling and/or 2D planimetry, all tailored their specific requirements.
